Pakistani female musicians and cousins to each other, Zeb And Haniya, recently performed in Bandra (Mumbai) in an unplanned gig, which was also attended by ace Bollywood producers Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao.

Even though, Zeb and Haniya haven’t yet performed a single gig in India, but they are still quite a familiar name there, due to their epic performances in Coke Studio.

The female musicians and duo, Zeb and Haniya , who were visiting India last week has collaborated with two Bollywood lyricists and music directors, reveals new media reports.

Zeb and Haniya were visiting India last week for their shooting of an Indian show MTV roots and some other online music and travel show, titled as Dewar’s The Dewarists. Talking about the project, the duo also revealed that they have just wrapped up recording a song and video with two of the bollywood lyricists and music directors, Swanand Kirkire and Shantanu Moitra. It has now 4.5 Lac fans on Facebook only and millions of viewers world wide. Most of the fans always remain curious to know more and more about What is going inside Coke studio? and who is going to perform in the next coke studio session? Tension not, when we are here there is no fear. *jokingly*

Based on some reliable news sources, we have come to know that Coke studio Season4 will feature and bring back a female star from the 90s. Yes, The pop female sensation of her time – Komal Rizvi – who has the record of being a first Pakistani VJ on ‘Indian Channel V’ back in 90s, will now be performing and making a comeback again via Coke Studio Sessions. I was just wondering what should I be writing about next which could reflect the general interest level of present music scene and i came up with a brilliant idea.Lets talk about the prestigious Coke Studio. Well as many of you people might not know that our beloved Coke Studio has a Gigantic line up, its Big. Here, have a look :

Asad Ahmad (Guitar), Babar Khanna (Percussion), Jaffer Zaidi (Keyboards), Javed Iqbal (Violin), Kamran ‘Mannu’ Zafar (Bass), Louis ‘Gumby’ Pinto (Drums), Natasha De Sousa (Vocals), Omran ‘Momo’ Shafique (Guitar), Saba Shabbir (Vocals), Sikander Inam (Dholak), Waris ‘Baloo’ Ali (Percussion), Zulfiq ‘Shazee’ Ahmed Khan (Percussion). Guest Artists include: Baqir Abbas (Flute), Gul Mohammad (Sarangi), Gurpreet Chana (Tabla), Rakae Jamil (Sitar), and Sadiq Sameer (Rubab).
