Strings Band is lucky enough to get into the two short-listed bands, one of which will compose the title track for upcoming Hollywood Film of “Avengers” Series.

According to latest news report, Five bands from both the countries India and Pakistan were considered. Among them, only Pakistani Band Strings and Indian Band Agnee are short listed. Now, there is said to be a clash between both the bands and only one band will be given the opportunity to compose the title track of hindi dubbed version of Avengers.

The decision for this will be taken in next 10 days and the criteria will not just be what the bands are creating now, but also what they had earlier produced. Just to remind our readers, Strings have earlier given the soundtrack of Hollywood Movie Spidermen. It is being said that Strings’ soundtrack for Spidermen will also be considered and it can get them an edge against the other Indian band Agnee.

Jal the band is all set to release its upcoming music video that is titled as “Mahiya”. This would be the first music video of Jal Band, after its long time vocalist Farhan Saeed left Jal the band. The Music Video of Mahiya is Directed by Jovi, Edited by Tauqeer Abbas, Dop Yani and Post production work of the same is done in Goher Mumtaz’s GM Studioz.

THE BACKGROUND:

Recently, Farhan Saeed –– now the ex member of Jal the band –– parted his ways with Gohar Mumtaz and Shazi; in a bid to pursue a solo career and look onto his family business.

“Being solo now is like being the owner of my own business” is what Farhan had to say after leaving Jal. He also revealed us news about his upcoming song “Khwahishon” in which he would be freely using his creative ideas.

AUDIO/VIDEO REVIEW:

I guess we’ve heard/seen of Jal so much that whatever Gohar, Shazi, or Farhan play/do reminds us of Jal. And in “Khwahishon” –– Farhan’s first ever track after going solo –– I noted, thoroughly, that the song had THE Jal effect if you know what I’m talking about. So Apparently, we all have learned up till now that Farhan Saeed is NO MORE with JAL the band. But this hasn’t broken JAL, as the founder of the band Goher Mumtaz still wants to keep the band alive and moving ahead.

So Farhan Saeed is no more with JAL the band! as we have finally witnessed in the latest concert video uploaded and shared by Jal the band’s Official Youtube Channel

This was apparently first performance of the band JAL, after its long time vocalist Farhan Saeed left the band. In the video, Goher can be seen singing (read it raping) their epic hit single “Sajni”. As a temporary fix may be, the band has now Shahzad Hameed on guitars, while as always Shazi is on the bass.
