The musical legend Nashad is being remembered today on the occasion of his 31st death anniversary according to a report on SAMAA’s website. He was a renowned composer of music who worked for both Bollywood and Lollywood. His music is now a classic that young aspiring composers can look up to. He has amused both his critics and his fans to a good taste in music which is a rarer gem to have in one’s abilities.
Born in Delhi, India in 1923 on July 11, he learned to play flute at an early age. He moved to Bombay as it was then known to the heart of the Indian film industry to give his musical talent to films. He used a pseudonym when he debuted as Shaukat Dehelvi composing music for the action film, Dildaar in 1947. Then he used the name Shaukat Husain to compose for the 1948 film Jeenay Do. (more…)

Update: The song “Saanson mein” was supposed to be release with a movie soundtrack of a popular bollywood Movie, but at the time of soundtrack release, it couldn’t be included in the movie for some reasons. Artist and Bollywood producers are still in contact with each other. And will soon collaborate for another Bollywood venture.
However, we have confirmed from Zaain’s management that this specific movie “Tell Me O Khuda” HAS NOT ANY SONG OF ZAAIN in it, as they have not been notified about it yet. Therefore this leak should be considered only as a rumor and false promotion without any known intention. The artist management and us are unaware about the anonymous source pushing the song and the video.
As we reported few months ago that Chue Chue Fame Artist Zaain-ul-Abideen has sung a song for Bollywood Movie. Today, that song has apparently released/leaked, as we are tipped by an anonymous source.

Mustafa Zahid, the lead vocalist of Pakistani Rock Band RoXen, has recorded a song(or may be a couple of songs) for Bhatt’s new Movie “Blood Money”, which is supposed to be the sequel of the movie “Jannat”. One confirmed song which is originally sung by a Bengali music composer, will now be rendered in Hindi by Mustafa Zahid.
According to the Times of India, after giving succesful hits like Tere mera Rishta and Tou Phir Aao in Bollywood, the Pakistani Singer is approached again by an Indian music composer Jeet Gannguli who is giving music for Bhatt’s new movie. The film Blood Money starring Kunal Khemu and Amrita Puri is a coming-of-age tale of a young man who pursues a dream job which unfortunately turns into a nightmare. (more…)
