Swaras band stands on the fusion of World Music with eastern and is the first to adduce this idea in a different way. The band was formed on 7th June 2009 in Toronto, Canada.
Swaras was founded by Asad Q who is the lead vocalist and was taught by famous Guru M. Munir Ahmad and Dr. Paramjeet Singh. Place of lead guitarist is held by Hassan Bokhari. Here we have a collection of Patriotic Pakistani Songs, originally compiled & released by Fire Records in an album in 2008. It contains songs of many Pakistani Artistes such as Ali Zafar, Jal, RoXen, Raeth , Suroor & Others. The album also includes the re-do versions of Pakistani National Anthem & Iqbal’s famous dua “Lab Pe Aati hai”.

Lahore based Pakistani Band O2, which gave us hits like Sarguzisht, Daikho and Shab Dhallay is now back again into the music scene and has released a teaser of their upcoming single ‘Aajayo Na’.

Muaz Raja(Lead Vocalist) & Fawad Hassan Zaidi(Lead guitarist) of the band O2 teamed up together after 3 years to perform live at the The Knowledge Factory. On July 1st, their gig performance was widely appreciated by the audience. O2 performed two of their original songs “Aajayo Na” & “Sarguzisht”, the Video & Pictures of that shall be uploaded by the band soon.
On overwhelming requests by fans and friends O2 has uploaded a teaser of their latest song “Aajayo Na”. This is the Take 1 of the song. Keyboards are played by Saad-ul-Hassan. The Band O2 will officially release the track soon.
