The movie is a mini-budget independent feature film which has been directed by Li Ruoqie. The story revolves around three friends studying in same university in England. While working on a film project, they meet Lily Moore who completely changes their life. Muhammad Yasir plays the role of an Indian ‘Shrikar’; who uses negative ways to win Lily’s heart. The movie is expected to be released soon this year.

‘Lily Moore is my friend’ is not a big budget movie or it can be said that it isn’t a typical Hollywood flick. But as a debut, we wish Muhammad Yasir best of luck for his very first movie and look forward to the success of this movie.

Sheikh Naeem, the producer of the project stated that Laila signed him a cheque worth Rs 220,000, which was bounced by the bank. Producer told that Laila had borrowed money from him. The police arrested Laila after conducting a raid at a local hotel in Multan and asked her to present before the local court.

When Laila was asked about this, she said that she had negotiated with the producer and said that she had settled, but he still got her arrested.

The film stars Naseeruddin Shah as one of the central characters. This will be the second Pakistani movie starring Naseeruddin Shah after “Khuda Ke Liye”.  He plays the role of a middleman who assists illegal immigration. The story actually revolves around the problems of three youngsters and how they manage to escape from situations through ways they’ve never thought about. The movie is all about illegal immigration and it’s impacts on the countries and people of sub-continent.

The music of “Zinda Bhaag” has been directed by Sahir Ali Bagga and features songs, sung by Amanat Ali, Arif Lohar and Rahat Fateh ali Khan.

Reema Khan actually took permission from her husband for this project and is now looking for businessmen to finance this next Indo-Pak movie. This is just an idea right now, but as soon as Reema gets financers, she’ll turn it into a real project. Finding financers for a movie is a pretty tiring task, so Reema won’t be doing it alone. She has asked her sister Maairah Khan to help her in this regard as she works in a reputable bank. As a manager, she worked in Reema’s last venture “Love Men Gum” too. Her previous project also proved to be successful and this might be the reason why Reema is interested in starting another Indo-Pak movie project.

These days we are hearing a lot about the revival of Pakistani film industry and hope her next venture will play its part well in this campaign. So, watch this space for more details about Reema’s next Indo-Pak project.
