Bohemia “The Punjabi Rapstar”.Who Knew Him Few Months back?? But, Now the time has been changed.He got so many fans all of a sudden in few months. His Third album “DA PUNJABI RAP STAR” is still at Number 3 and rated as top 5 in Universal Music’s Indian Hot albums.He also performed at the special Indepence day Concert on August 16th at 99 PARK AVE New York.He simply rocked the stage as one man show.
Few days Back he peformed Live in Delhi at Parkland Exotica on 22nd August. And Now recently he was invited by Mika Singh in Mumbai for three days,to perform with him on MTV rock on.He got So many fans there. His Popularity is increasing day by day.He Hit the stage with Mika and his Band and Performed in front of Kailash Kher.
As Luck is going Good with him We wish him all the best for future.
I visited Wahiga Border in Lahore last month where a national track was repeatedly being played and that was “hum taaba-abad , sayi-o taghayyur ke wali hain” . The track (it would be better to call it an anthem) was not unknown to me as i had heard it since my childhood , but hearing it on a historical place along with a huge crowd was very much enough to renew my patriotic feelings. Are Record Companies sponsoring it, the Gainers or the Losers?

To increase profits by cutting down on the inevitable costs related to the breakage of Copyright Laws certain Record Companies in Pakistan have taken up an almost barbarous campaign to stamp out the sharing of Pakistani media completely.
Fire Records (Owned by Geo Tv) has asked FIA to launch a major crackdown on Pakistani Music Websites. 3 directors from the www.mag4you.com website have even been arrested by FIA and the server confiscated. Such heavy handed action has been taken in the blind hope that somehow the coverage of this event would instill fear in people involved in sharing Fire’s videos and audios and somehow there and then result in an end to all their problems. Sami Yusuf was born in 1980 in the city of Tehran, Iran and moved to Britain when he was three, and he was raised in West London. He comes from an ethnic Iranian Azeri family. At a very young age he started to play various musical instruments and enthusiastic in keeping interest in singing and composing. The Naat/Qawwali is done by Atif Aslam for Engro foods which produces milk products. The naat is done for the Holy month of Ramzan which is starting soon.
